A celebration of Creative Community
Opening our new showroom for the first time as part of Brighton’s Artists Open Houses
This May, we welcomed Brighton’s local design and creative community into our new studio and showroom for the first time as part of the city’s Artists Open Houses.
Over the past few months, we have been transforming our new home in the heart of Brighton’s Fiveways neighbourhood into a working studio and interiors showroom for Imogen Heath. A home for our collections of fabrics, wallpapers and embroidery, while also creating room for exhibitions, collaborations and shared creative projects with other artists, makers and designers.
For this year’s Artists Open Houses, we invited a curated group of local artists and makers to exhibit their work throughout the showroom alongside our collections. Ceramics, textiles, jewellery, photography, candles and hand crafted objects sat amongst the fabrics and wallpapers, allowing the interiors to feel layered, lived in and collaborative from the very beginning.
Taking part in Artists Open Houses felt like a natural way to introduce the showroom. The festival has long been an important part of Brighton’s creative landscape, encouraging visitors to step inside studios, homes and creative spaces across the city while celebrating independent artists, makers and small creative businesses.
To mark the occasion, we hosted a private view evening and welcomed friends, collaborators, designers, artists and members of the local creative community into the showroom. It was incredibly special to see the space filled with conversation, connection and such a generous atmosphere of support.
We are hugely grateful to everyone who joined us across the opening weekends, visited the showroom, supported the exhibiting artists and helped make the beginning of this new chapter feel so meaningful.
As we continue to settle into the studio, we are excited to keep building on this sense of community and collaboration through future exhibitions, events and creative partnerships.

Emma Harris
Introducing Emma Harris, an award-winning fine art photographer based in Brighton.

Kay Train
After a decade in the fashion industry, Kay followed her lifelong ambition to become an illustrator. Her work has featured in bestselling publications and national commissions, and she now expands her practice into hand-built ceramics — each piece individually formed and decorated in her Brighton studio.
Kay’s ceramics and illustration will be exhibited during the Artists Open Houses.
Lisa Jones Ceramics
Introducing Lisa Jones Ceramics.
Working predominantly through hand-building, Lisa creates playful ceramic forms defined by matte colour, texture and tactile surface. Her pieces balance sculptural presence with everyday function.
Lisa’s ceramics will be exhibited throughout the showroom during the festival.
Palmworks
Introducing Palmworks.
Founded by Jodie Moyce, Palmworks celebrates existing materials through a considered, reverent approach. Working with reclaimed textiles, pearls and salvaged components, each jewellery and textile piece is one-of-a-kind, shaped by sustainability and intention.
Palmworks will be showcasing selected works during the Artists Open Houses.
SevenSeventeen
Introducing SevenSeventeen.
Hand-poured in England using sustainable soy wax, SevenSeventeen candles are created to bring calm and intention into everyday spaces. With 10% of profits supporting mental health initiatives, the brand combines considered fragrance with social impact.
SevenSeventeen candles will be available throughout the festival weekends.
Silvia K Ceramics
Introducing Silvia K Ceramics.
Established in 2012, Silvia’s practice centres on terracotta tableware, combining bold and soft tones through glaze, colour and form. Inspired by her Slovakian heritage and traditional tin-glazed ware, her work reflects a refined contemporary approach to craft.
Alice Eden Jewellery.
Inspired by the Earth’s natural materials, Alice creates one-of-a-kind gemstone rings set in recycled sterling silver and gold. Each piece is shaped around the unique character of the stone, with a focus on simplicity, balance and material integrity.
Working from her Brighton studio, Alice’s practice centres on sustainability and craftsmanship, producing pieces that feel both refined and enduring.
Susana Garcia Ceramics
Working across porcelain and stoneware, Susana creates wheel-thrown forms that are later altered to explore shifts in structure, balance and surface. Each piece moves through a process of transformation, where functional vessels take on a more sculptural presence.
Her work draws on references from colour, pattern and architecture, particularly Brutalism and the industrial landscape, with these influences reflected in both form and finish.
Chalk Path Studio
Working primarily with paper and natural materials, Chalk Path Studio creates lighting and homewares that emphasise texture, form and a connection to the natural world. Each piece is carefully constructed, allowing material qualities to guide the final outcome.
The work explores the relationship between light, surface and atmosphere, resulting in objects that feel both functional and sculptural within a space.
Pop Studio
Working with natural fibres and plant-based dyes, Pop Studio creates handwoven textile pieces that evolve through an intuitive making process. Each work is developed slowly, allowing material, colour and form to emerge through repetition and response.
Rooted in a connection to landscape and process, the work reflects a sensitivity to natural systems, with subtle variations in tone and texture shaping each individual piece.
