Delivery

We base our delivery on the weight and size of the item. All our parcels are sent via Parcelforce or Royal Mail Special Delivery/Signed for.

We offer FREE DELIVERY on our cushion covers to UK customers only.

We do ship internationally, using a trackable service. However, it is significantly more expensive to ship to destinations outside of the U.K. Unfortunately there isn't currently a more cost-effective option that offers both tracking and insurance.

We aim to dispatch within 3 business days of receiving your order. Delivery is normally the next working day after dispatch, but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery in the UK, and up to 10 days for International delivery. If you need your items sooner please email info@imogenheath.com and we will try to help.

If an item is out of stock we will inform you and let you know when it will be available.

Please note; We have tried to calculate our shipping as fairly as possible. However, on occasion there may be discrepancies. If this happens we will either refund or invoice for the difference.

Returns

All our items are handmade with care and we hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item please return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any delivery charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of when the item(s) was received. Please note that cut fabric cannot be returned.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return delivery, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed.
